backorder question...

i was wondering if things on backorder ever ship earlier? i bought marisol on backorder due to come 12/16, and i really want kit...but i dont get paid till the 15th. i dont have enough to get the $$ for marisol taken out and then the $$ for kit.
should i just wait? probably...
maybe i will just buy something not as expensive for molly.

I've ordered 3-4 things that were backordered, and they all shipped early. Check the "order status" on the website to see if they have shipped. I think it may be possible to cancel an item if it's backordered and has not been processed. If you see that Marisol hasn't been processed, I would call CS and see if they could "exchange" Marisol for Kit (or should that be Kit for Marisol?) Either way, with the demand for Marisol as high as it is they would be smart to do it for you.

They definitely do ship early. I ordered Marisols whole world a month ago and Recieved 3 items today that where supposed to be backordered until 12/16 and Marisol was supposed to be B/O until 11/23 but she arrived within a week of placing my order which was on 11/7. Alot of times you will see it's shipped through the my account link before you actually get an e-mail telling you its shipped. Good Luck!

Marisol's Ballet Outfit was backordered until the 16th when I ordered it, and it shipped at the beginning of the week, should be here around next Monday.
